Welcome to our apartment in the lovely Mojacar. We hope so much you will enjoy your stay here.

• Please turn off aircondition and light when it is not necessary to use.
• Do noy disturb the neighbours by playing high music etc.
• Take good care of our apartment. We are very keen about it and need it to look nice for our guests

We guess that everyone would appreciate receiving the apartment with normal daily consumer goods like toilet paper, sugar, coffee, shampoo etc. – So please fill up what you use during your stay. This way everybody comes to an apartment with the needed stuff.

Washing machine
Select the program you want to use and then push start on the bottom to the right
 
Dishwasher
Turn on the power on the left button. Push P if you want to change the program (It is set standard to normal wash)

Air condition
The air condition panel are placed on the wall in the Livingroom. Here you can turn it on/off and turn up and down the heat/cold. In the summertime it should be on the freezer symbol and in the winter the sun symbol should be on. If you want less cold/heat in a single room, just open/close the panels manually in the individual room.
 
Internet
The apartment has unlimited internet with 600mb fiber. The internet is: AVANZAfibra­_SGm37W and the password is: BTW4FFVm
 
Trash:
Along the main road by the beach there are several big trach bins. Please place all trash in these
 
Keys
Blue key: Are used to the gate ports.
Red key: Are used to the room in the basement (Nr. 80)
The last key is for the door to the apartment. No. 322A (Blok 3 in the back). Please never leave a key inside at door to the apartment when you leave. You cannot open the door from the outside if there is a key in the keyhole inside at the same time.
 
Basement room no. 80.
In the basement room no. 80, you will find chairs, parasol etc. for the beach
 
Parking
When we are not in Mojacar it is possible to use our own parking lot no. 80. Tracey will then give you keys with a control unit to open the gates and the garage door. The space is very narrow so take good care when you park. It is very important that you only park in no. 80, and that you keep the car inside the white marks.
Otherwise usually there are many parking possibilities outside the complex. And all parking in the area has free parking. The below button on the remote control opens the garage door. (it closes again automatically). The above button opens the gates. (it closes again automatically).

Departure
1.      Turn off all lights and air condition and close all windows and doors
2.      Make sure the apartment is tidy and ready for cleaning and place all laundry on the floor
