You will love this apartment and surroundings
Amazing newbuild 80 m2 penthouse apartment with a huge 80 m2 atrium terrace with stunning view to the sea, the city and the mountains. There is also a small terrace with direct access from the living room. The apartment is fully equipped and has a modern livingroom, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (plus a sofa bed in the livingroom) and 2 bathrooms. It offers centrally controlled aircondition in all the apartment, WIFI, fiber and 55" smart TV.
The big terrace offers a nice lounge group, an outside kitchen with dining set, a bar set and sunbeds.
You will have your own parking lot in the garage. There are elevators to the top floor but also some stairs further up to the apartment.
The complex has a big saltwater swimmingpool and pool for the children. The apartment is placed 100 meters from the absolute best beach in Mojacar (some say Spain) and the area offers everything you can ask for, such as lots of restaurants in walking distance with really nice food at low prices, nice beach bars and a beautiful beach promenade. If you like the nature, this area offers lots of beautiful places to see.

Surroundings
Mojacar Playa has a lovely atmosphere with the wide beach to the amazing Mediterranean. A bit up the mountain you will find Mojacar Pueblo which is an old authentic white Spanish town with small lovely streets and lots of shops etc. Mojacar has lots of activities and people in the high season but without the feeling that is is too crowded

Mojacar Pueblo
Mojacar is a very cosy mountain village whith the traditionel white colour. Take a walk down the narrow streets and have lunch while looking down over the stunning valley.

Torre de Macenas
Turn right on the beachwalk and find this extremely beautiful walk out to this tower. Remember good walking shoes. It is a quite bumpy trip. There are 5 km. to the tower (And 5 km back again :))
Bedar
At the foothills of the Sierra de los Filabres, the whitewashed pueblo of Bedar rests on the mountainside 400m above sea level with views that reach to the Mediterranean. It is about 25 minutes from Mojacar Playa

Almeria

Experience fantastic ski terrain in the Sierra Nevada with 110 km wide delicious slopes for both beginners and experienced. The trip to Granada takes 2.5 hours from Mojacar and is a very beautiful trip. The ski season usually runs from December to mid April
